I recently opened an account with a new credit union and had a fantastic experience. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the overall process was smooth. The online banking platform is user-friendly and provides all the necessary features. The only suggestion I would have is to improve the responsiveness of their customer service team. Overall, I am happy with my decision to switch to the Educational Systems Federal Credit Union.
