The Resource Contact Center is an average company....

The Resource Contact Center is an average company. The quality of their services could be improved, but overall it's an okay experience. The staff is friendly and helpful, but there have been a few instances where I felt they could have done better. I would say it's a decent option if you're looking for a contact center service.
