I had an average experience with Cox Automotive Canada. The website is user-friendly, but the service provided by the company needs improvement. The staff is friendly, but there were some delays in getting my issues resolved. The response time from customer support could be better. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I hope they work on improving their service.
