I recently accessed support from a local mental health organization and was pleasantly surprised by the level of care and assistance provided. The staff members were knowledgeable and understanding, making me feel heard and supported. I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need. It's comforting to know that there are organizations like CMHA, BC Division out there to help.
