The experience with this security service was average. The company website is easy to navigate, but the overall service did not meet my expectations. The guards provided were generally punctual and professional. However, there were a few instances where communication seemed lacking, causing some confusion regarding access control. Additionally, while the guards appeared well-trained, their presence did not always feel very proactive in deterring potential incidents. I also found the customer service to be somewhat lacking, as my inquiries took a while to be addressed. Overall, the company provides a decent level of security, but there is room for improvement in terms of communication and customer service.
