I have been banking with United Minnesota Bank for several years now, and I must say that their services are average. While they have a wide range of banking options, the customer service could be improved. The staff members are generally helpful, but sometimes it takes a while to get a response. Overall, I would say that they are a reliable bank, but there is room for improvement.
