I personally had an average experience with Everwave. The website is easy to navigate and the products are of decent quality. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. Their response time was slow and I felt that they were not very helpful in resolving my issue. Overall, I would say that Everwave is an okay company, but there are definitely improvements to be made.
