As a customer, I recently had an average experience with this company. While their website was easy to navigate, I found the overall service to be lackluster. The representatives I spoke with were friendly, but lacked knowledge and were unable to provide me with a satisfactory solution to my problem. It was frustrating to have to explain and re-explain my issue multiple times. Additionally, the response time to my inquiries was quite slow, taking longer than expected. The pricing for their services was reasonable, but I couldn't help but feel like it did not match the level of service provided. Overall, I would rate my experience with this company as average. They have potential, but improvements are needed in terms of their customer service and responsiveness.
