I had a mixed experience working as an independent contractor for Marketing. While there were some positives, such as the flexibility of working hours and the opportunity to be your own boss, there were also several drawbacks. One of the main issues I had was the lack of support and guidance from the company. As an independent contractor, I expected some level of assistance and resources to help me succeed in my role, but I often felt like I was left to figure things out on my own. Additionally, the company website was not very user-friendly, and I had trouble finding the information I needed. Overall, my experience was average.
