I'm so glad I discovered Contenders boxing! The trainers are amazing and the classes are so much fun. The workouts are challenging but the trainers provide great support and motivation. The facility is clean and well-maintained. I love the friendly and inclusive atmosphere. I highly recommend Contenders boxing to anyone interested in boxing or looking to stay fit.
