I recently hired a carpet cleaning service and chose them based on positive online reviews. The cleaners were professional and efficient, and they did a good job cleaning my carpets. However, I was disappointed to find that some stubborn stains were still visible after the cleaning. The customer service was friendly and responsive, but I expected better results from a professional cleaning service. I will be looking for other options in the future.
