As a customer, I recently tried out plainitude.com for some of my shopping needs. Overall, my experience was just average. 😐 While the website was easy to navigate and had a wide range of products, the customer service was not very responsive. I had a couple of inquiries and it took quite a while for them to get back to me, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, the shipping was rather slow and the packaging of my order was subpar. 📦 On the positive side, the quality of the products I received was decent and they matched what was described on the website. 💯 However, considering the lack of prompt customer support and the slow shipping, I would say my experience with plainitude.com was just average. I might give them another try in the future, but not sure if I would recommend them to others at this time.
