👍 I recently used this insurance company and had an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and provided all the necessary information. However, when I had a few questions, the customer service was just okay. They were slow in responding to my queries and didn't seem overly enthusiastic to help. The insurance policies they offer are pretty standard and nothing extraordinary. While the prices were competitive, I felt that the coverage could have been more comprehensive. The claim process was hassle-free, but the time it took to get a resolution was a bit longer than expected. Overall, it was an average experience. I would recommend this company if you're looking for basic insurance coverage at an average price. 👌
