My experience with Viking River was average. The staff were friendly and the service was good, but it didn't exceed my expectations. The food was decent, but nothing exceptional. The itinerary was well-organized, although I wish there had been more time to explore some of the destinations. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience, but not outstanding.
