I have been a customer of East coast precision ltd for several years now, and I must say, their service has always been average. The quality of their products is okay, nothing exceptional, but also not terrible. The prices are also decent. However, I have found their customer support to be lacking at times. They take a bit too long to address my concerns, and the communication is not always clear. Overall, they are an average company to work with.
