As a customer, I recently utilized an inspection service for my home from insightinspections.net. Overall, I would rate the experience as average. The website was easy to navigate and provided detailed information about their services. The booking process was quick and efficient, with prompt confirmation of the appointment. The inspector arrived on time and was professional throughout the inspection. However, I did find that their attention to detail was somewhat lacking. They missed some minor issues that I expected them to catch. Additionally, the report provided after the inspection was not as comprehensive as I had hoped, lacking in-depth explanations and recommendations. While the service was satisfactory, there was room for improvement in terms of thoroughness and quality of the inspection.
