I recently discovered Hario Europe B.V. and I am impressed. Their products are excellent and the customer service is top-notch. I had a few issues with my order, but their support team handled it very well. The communication was great, and they resolved my problem in a timely manner. I will definitely be buying more from Hario Europe B.V. in the future.
