I had an average experience at a health science center in Tyler. While the staff members were courteous and professional, I felt that the level of expertise was not as high as expected. The facility was clean and well-maintained, but I encountered some issues with the scheduling process. The doctors and nurses were friendly, but I would have appreciated more thorough explanations of my condition and treatment options. Overall, it was an average experience, and I believe there is room for improvement in certain areas.
