I recently used the services of this transport company and I must say it was a mixed experience. 🚚 The website was easy to navigate, and the booking process was smooth. However, the communication could have been better as I had to follow up a few times for updates on my delivery. The delivery itself arrived on time, but the packaging was slightly damaged. 📦 Overall, the service was average. I appreciate the punctuality but hope that they can improve their communication and handling of goods to ensure a consistently positive experience for customers.
