The experience with Cms indosoft international pvt ltd was average. I must say, their website indosoftint.com is well-designed and user-friendly. However, I found their customer service to be lacking in responsiveness. There were times when I had to wait for hours before getting a reply to my queries. I hope they improve in this aspect in the future. Overall, an average experience.
