The Alta bicycle share is just okay. I have used their services a few times, and while the bikes are in decent condition, the app and customer service could use some improvement. The app tends to crash frequently, making it frustrating to reserve a bike. In addition, the customer service representatives are not very helpful and often rude. Overall, I would give Alta bicycle share an average rating.
