I have been a customer of Ricks institute for several years now and I can confidently say that their services are average. I have had mixed experiences with their instructors and course materials. Some instructors are knowledgeable and engaging, while others lack expertise and seem uninterested. The course materials are comprehensive, but they could be organized better. Overall, I would say that Ricks institute is an average company.
