The company provided an average level of service. While the website was user-friendly and navigation was smooth, the overall experience left much to be desired. The content seemed lacking in depth, and the promised delivery times were not always met, leading to some disappointment. Additionally, the communication with customer service was not as efficient as one would hope. On a positive note, the visuals and production quality were satisfactory, and the concept behind the projects was interesting. However, improvement in execution and meeting deadlines would greatly benefit the overall customer experience.
