I recently had an 🚚 logistic experience with this company and my overall impression was just average. The website was user-friendly and provided the necessary information about their services. However, what disappointed me was the lack of timely communication. It took them quite a while to respond to my queries, which caused some inconvenience. Moreover, there were a few delays in the delivery process, resulting in frustration on my part. On the bright side, their pricing was reasonable, considering the quality of service they offered. Also, the delivery personnel were courteous and handled my goods with care. Although the experience was not exceptional, it was satisfactory. To improve, the company should focus on improving their communication and ensuring timely deliveries.
