I recently used their services for my home automation needs and found the experience to be somewhat underwhelming. The website wasn't as user-friendly as I had hoped, making it difficult to find the information I needed. Additionally, the customer service response time was slower than expected, and I encountered some issues with the product installation. However, the products themselves seem to be of decent quality and have performed adequately so far. Overall, I'd say my experience was average. I hope 🤞 that they can improve their website interface and customer support to provide a more seamless experience for their customers.
