I recently started attending classes at Valeo club and it has been an amazing experience. The instructors are highly skilled and the classes are always challenging. The environment is very supportive and I feel comfortable pushing myself to new limits. I've seen great results in my fitness journey and I couldn't be happier. Highly recommended!
