I recently went on a cruise with Lotus cruises, and I must say, it was disappointing. The service was subpar, with staff members seeming disinterested in providing a great experience. The food options were limited and uninspiring. The onboard activities were lackluster, leaving us bored most of the time. I would not recommend this company for a cruise vacation.
