The experience with Tours of the Realm was average...

The experience with Tours of the Realm was average. The customer service was satisfactory, but could be improved. The tour guide was knowledgeable and provided interesting insight into the history of the places we visited. However, the itinerary could have been better planned as we felt rushed at some locations. Overall, it was an okay experience.
