The DSL Uganda company is average. Their service is reliable, but their customer support could use improvement. I've been using their internet for a few months now and it has been mostly stable. However, whenever I have had issues and tried to contact their support team, it has been a frustrating experience. The agents seem uninformed and unhelpful, and the response time is quite long. Overall, I would rate them as average.
