The overall experience with Pgm diversified industries was average. The website pgmdi.com provided all the necessary information about the company. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The support team was not very responsive and it took quite some time to get a resolution for my issue. The products offered by the company were of decent quality but there was room for improvement. I hope they work on their customer service and product offerings to provide a better experience in the future.
