I recently used their services for a long-distance transportation, and I must say, I was fairly satisfied with the experience. 🚚 The driver was punctual and courteous, and the vehicle was well-maintained. However, the communication with the company could have been better; I had to follow up on the status of my reservation multiple times. Although the transportation was average, I believe there's room for improvement in terms of customer service and responsiveness. Overall, it was an okay experience.
