🏠 I recently had the opportunity to work with Nexthome Triad Realty, and overall, my experience was average. 😕 While their website was user-friendly and informative, I found their customer service to be lacking. 😔 It was often difficult to get a timely response to my inquiries, which was frustrating. Additionally, the agents seemed to lack knowledge about the local real estate market, which made me question their expertise. 😞 However, I will say that once I did connect with an agent, they were polite and tried their best to assist me. 🙏 Overall, Nexthome Triad Realty has potential, but there is room for improvement in terms of communication and market knowledge. 🏠👍
