I ordered a product from Kennedy, Voice & Berliner and I must say that I'm on the fence about my experience. The product itself is great and works well, but the shipping took longer than expected. However, their customer service was prompt in addressing my concerns and offered a partial refund for the inconvenience. Overall, it was a decent experience.
