The flood restoration services provided by Flood Department, LLC were average at best. While they were reasonably efficient, the quality of their work left me somewhat disappointed. There were certain areas where the restoration was not up to par, and I had to reach out to them for further attention. Their customer service, however, was satisfactory. Overall, I would say their services were average.
