I recently hired a cybersecurity company to help protect my business from online threats, and I came across 1:m Cyber Security. Overall, my experience with them was average. The website was easy to navigate and provided a decent amount of information about their services. The initial consultation was informative, and the team seemed knowledgeable. However, I found their pricing to be on the higher side compared to other options in the market.

During the implementation phase, the communication could have been better. There were times when I had to follow up multiple times to get updates on the progress. On the positive side, the final deliverables were satisfactory, and they did manage to improve the security of my systems.

In terms of customer support, it was decent. They were responsive to my queries, but the response time could have been faster.

Overall, 1:m Cyber Security provided an average experience. They have room for improvement in terms of communication and pricing competitiveness.
