I recently took a cruise with Lotus cruises, and it was a disappointment. The service was lacking, and the staff seemed indifferent to our needs. The food options were limited and mediocre at best. The onboard activities were lackluster, leaving us bored and unimpressed. I would not recommend this company for a cruise vacation.
