Shanghai Promise Law Firm is an average company. Their services are decent, but nothing exceptional. I was expecting more from them considering their reputation in the market. Nevertheless, they did handle my case professionally and provided me with satisfactory results. The staff was polite and friendly. Overall, it was an okay experience.
