I recently visited Cellys Hairstyle International and I must say it was an average experience. The stylists were friendly, but I was not completely satisfied with my haircut. The salon was clean and the atmosphere was pleasant. However, I felt that the price was a bit high for the quality of service I received. Overall, it was an okay experience.
