I recently stumbled upon a clothing company online and decided to give it a try. The website, xacus.com, had an easy-to-navigate interface and impressive collection of products. However, my experience with the company was just average. The shipping took longer than expected and the packaging could have been better. The quality of the clothing was decent, but I wasn't blown away. The customer service was friendly, but it took a bit longer than I would have liked to receive a response. Overall, while Xacus s.r.l. has the potential to be a great company, there are some areas that could use improvement. I would give them an average rating and hope to see them enhance their shipping, packaging, and customer service in the future.
