I recently started using an open innovation platform and it has been an average experience so far. While the platform is user-friendly and easy to navigate, I feel that there is room for improvement in terms of features and functionality. The team at the platform has been responsive, but I would appreciate more proactive support and guidance. Overall, it's a decent platform but there are better options available in the market.
