I have been a customer of Wardair direct ltd for over a year now and I must say their service is just average. The website bestforbusinessmobiles.com is user-friendly and easy to navigate, but the customer service could be improved. The response time for queries and issues is quite slow and sometimes I have to follow up multiple times to get a resolution. Overall, a satisfactory experience but there is definitely room for improvement.
