I recently dined at Bistro 1860 and had a fantastic experience! The food was exquisite and the service was top-notch. I highly recommend the lobster bisque and the filet mignon. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the presentation was beautiful. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable, making sure that every aspect of our meal was perfect. The ambiance of the restaurant was elegant and cozy, creating a pleasant dining atmosphere. Overall, Bistro 1860 exceeded my expectations, and I can't wait to go back!
