First-light usa is an average company. Their products are decent but nothing extraordinary. I found their website to be user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I was not impressed with their customer service. They were slow to respond to my queries and did not provide satisfactory solutions to my problems. Overall, I would say the company is just okay.
