I recently used the services of this logistics company and found it to be quite average. 😐 While the website was easy to navigate and had all the necessary information, I felt that the overall service was lacking. The delivery of my packages took longer than expected, and the customer support was not very responsive. 😕 I also noticed a lack of communication regarding updates on the status of my shipment. However, I must acknowledge that the pricing was reasonable and the drivers handling the deliveries were professional. 🚛 Overall, I had an okay experience with this company, but there is certainly room for improvement in terms of timeliness and customer service.
