I have been a customer of Shanco Securities Pvt. Ltd for the past year and I must say that their service is average. They have a decent range of investment options, but their customer service could use improvement. It often takes a while to get a response to my queries and sometimes they can be quite unhelpful. Overall, I wouldn't say they are a bad company, but there are definitely better options out there.
