I have had mixed experiences with Dinngo. The customer service is responsive, but sometimes it takes longer than expected to resolve issues. The platform itself is decent, but I had some difficulties navigating it initially. However, once I got the hang of it, it became easier to navigate. Overall, it's an average platform in my opinion.
