I have had a mixed experience with Ciscotel technology. While some aspects of their services are great, I have encountered certain issues with their customer support team. The representatives were not very responsive and it took a lot of time to get my problems resolved. However, their products have been of good quality and the pricing is fair. Overall, I would rate them as average.
