I recently had an experience with a millwork company, and I found their website to be visually appealing and easy to navigate. However, I was a bit disappointed with the lack of diverse product offerings and customization options. The customer service was decent, but it took longer than expected to get a response to my queries. Additionally, the pricing seemed a bit on the higher side compared to other similar companies. On the positive side, the quality of the products I received was satisfactory, and the shipping process was smooth. Overall, I would rate my experience as average. There is certainly room for improvement in terms of variety, customization, and responsiveness to customer inquiries.
