I have been a customer at Ilovekickboxing - tigard, or for over a year now and I am absolutely amazed at the results I have achieved. The trainers are incredibly knowledgeable and supportive, always pushing me to reach my goals. The workouts are intense but fun, and I love the variety of exercises we do. I have never felt stronger or more confident in my life! Highly recommend!
