I recently had an average experience with an online art gallery. The website was easy to navigate and had a decent selection of artwork from various artists. However, I found the prices to be slightly higher than other online galleries I've explored. The shipping process was fairly standard, and my order arrived within the expected timeframe. The packaging was adequate, but I have seen better in terms of protecting delicate pieces. As for customer service, they were responsive to my inquiries, but the overall communication felt a bit impersonal. It would have been nice to have a more personalized touch. All in all, it was an average experience.
